Hello, I’m Dr. Averi, a board-certified pediatrician and a first-time mom since November 2023. The experience of becoming a mom revealed to me that much of the advice I had given in my practice was not feasible for every caregiver. This realization ignited a passion in me to share the practical knowledge I gained about the realities of parenting, pregnancy, and postpartum and led to the creation of Mommadoc IRL. My mission is to provide practical, evidence-based tips on parenting, pregnancy, and postpartum, while fostering an inclusive, compassionate, and supportive community for all caregivers.
